We love NFL thanksgiving games as it gives us a couple of live games to get stuck into and watch on a Thursday evening. It always features the Cowboys and the Lions both who really need a win this year.

Both offences are poor with now the 3rd string quarterback standing in for Matthew Stafford and Mitch Trubisky on the cusp of being benched anytime, points will be at a premium.

Buffalo Bills @ Dallas Cowboys – Dallas Cowboys to win

The Bills come into this 8-2 but they haven’t beaten anyone of note so I expect a big test at Dallas. They come into this after a poor game vs New England but weather conditions played a big part and expect a big game from Dallas to bounce back.

Dallas have won 8/10 at home – Dallas are a much better side at home and should be hard to beat.
Lost 8/12 vs Dallas – The Bills have only beaten Dallas 4 times in 12 games.

New Orleans Saints @ Atlanta Falcons – New Orleans Saints to win

The Falcons may have caught the Saints by surprise 2 weeks ago but you have to think the master of scheming Sean Peyton will come up with something to negate the offensive line issues they had. The Saints are the better team by a long way.

Won 8 of their last 9 – New Orleans have won 8 of their last 9 games covering the spread in 6 of those as well.
Lost 7 of their 9 games – Atlanta have been shocking lately winning just 2 games in 9 and lost to a team worse than the Saints in the Buccaneers on Sunday so could be in for a tough evening.
