NAP – Best selection of the day
Wolverhampton 4.45 Arabic Culture (2/1)
3-3 at this track with his last two wins coming over C&D; held his form well in recent starts, bumping into the progressive Paths Of Glory at Newcastle before being denied a neck at Newmarket; another good run when runner-up 11 days ago to an improving sort and leading claims here.
Envoi Allen lit up Fairyhouse to remain unbeaten yesterday and looks a horse of considerable ability. That was our fifth winning NAP in a row so we’ll be looking to land the six-timer this afternoon. We head to Wolverhampton on the AW and stick with a horse that loves this C&D in ARABIC CULTURE. He has bumped into some useful sorts in recent starts and this looks a good opportunity to get back to winning ways. Singing Sheriff looks the biggest danger having ran well when beaten just a head at Kempton last time.
NB – Second best selection of the day
Plumpton 2.00 Adicci (5/2)
From a good National Hunt family so all the more encouraging that he has placed in all three bumpers to date; chasing home a useful horse in Redford Road at Warwick and building on that to go down just a head at Uttoxeter; looks to be a huge player if taking to hurdles (which he is bred for).
Neff looks short enough for this Novice Hurdle so a chance is taken on the Jonjo O’Neill-trained ADICCI on his first attempt over hurdles. He is bred to do well now jumping and shaped with plenty of promise in bumpers. The 5/2 makes plenty of appeal in my book. The favourite is obviously a danger (albeit a little short) and Endlessly is another who could have a say now sent hurdling.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Plumpton and Wolverhampton on Monday. The Daily Double is on a hat-trick after landing both Saturday and Sunday so is not to be missed!
