Impressed with how he asserted over C&D last time, winning by 9 lengths at the line; previous win at Ayr worked out well too with the second winning yesterday; turned out quickly under a penalty but improving fast and must go close again here.
Brian Hughes is riding the crest of a wave at the moment and we stick with him again for our best bet today as we head to Newcastle for the NAP. We are looking to land our seventh winner in a row and if we do it’ll be history for GYTO as 6 is the best we’ve done before. DUNLY is on a hat-trick and it would take a brave man to oppose! He is clearly thriving, winning readily over C&D last time and this looks a good bit of placement to land another victory. I think the fences are probably the biggest danger here.

Down Royal 2.50 Castle Oliver (7/4)
Looked a different proposition sweeping through to win head in chest on handicap debut at Fairyhouse earlier this month; gets weight from his rivals here and with further improvement to come could be tough to beat.
I liked the way CASTLE OLIVER came through from off the pace to score on handicap debut at Fairyhouse two weeks ago. He looked to relish the testing conditions and was strong at the finish. He is likely to keep improving and getting weight here he looks to have a big chance of following up under Mark Walsh. Diamond Turf is probably the biggest danger with the cheekpieces on for the first time but Great Khan is also respected despite being on a lengthy losing run.

The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Down Royal (replacement NB) and Newcastle on Tuesday. The double landed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday last week and the NAP is now on a seven-timer!
