THE US NAP RUNS IN RACE 8 AT TAMPA BAY TONIGHT!
Race 8 Tampa Bay Downs 9.00 Dreaming Diamonds (15/8)
Tracked the pace through before swinging wide and running out an impressive winner over 6f here last month, finding plenty; followed up over track and trip next start making all dictating; this harder again but cruising speed should have plenty in trouble.
The improving DREAMING DIAMONDS has already won at this grade so the step up into tougher company holds no fears and given her two recent wins here she looks a great bet to complete the hat-trick. She showed good early dash last time and sustained it throughout fending them off one by one. Her style of racing should get plenty of these in trouble and I’m finding it hard to pick holes in her. My Girl Annie is probably the main danger as she has been knocking on the door and will look to come from off the pace.

Race 4 Gulfstream 7.15 Krachenwagen (2/1)
Couldn’t be in better form winning his last two over track and trip; good early speed to contest the lead before gradually asserting always holding Snap Hook and then followed up last time swooping from last to first impressively up the inside; hat-trick beckons.
Chase Runner was put in his place by KRACHENWAGEN last time and I expect more of the same here. The latter proved his win here earlier last month was no fluke picking up readily up the inside to edge clear in the closing stages. It was hard not to be impressed and he’s proved he is versatile tactically which is another positive. He’s just a 4yo so should still have more to come and is a confident bet to complete the hat-trick. Unbridled Holiday has been nibbled at but ran a desperate race last time albeit in stronger company.
