Made a big sweeping move down the wide outside to take it up going best last time before readily drawing clear; finds plenty off the bridle so will look to get rolling early as stays this trip strongly; strong claims of following up.
At this level PADDY O is a tough horse to pick holes in. She somewhat powered clear to win easily over 7f at Delta Downs last time and the step up to a mile on her first look around here looks ideal. She is a tough sort who will keep galloping to the line. I don’t expect this to be pretty but I think she’s the most likely winner. Indian Gem is down in grade so should find this a bit easier and wasn’t beaten far on her penultimate start here over 6f last month so should give the selection most to think about.

Been knocking on the door prior to running a bit flat at Golden Gate over this trip last month; switched hands now and trained by Robertino Diodoro so no surprise to see him bounce back under Ty Kennedy; could prove too good for these.
We stick at Will Rogers for our second tracker horse of the night and HOT’N NOTTY catches the eye on debut for Robertino Diodoro. He is a useful sort who knows how to win having recorded back-to-back wins at Golden Gate. This trip looks his optimum and if bouncing back to the form he showed in February he will be tough to hold. Patriot is definitely lurking as a danger having won last time but he isn’t exactly convincing over this extra half furlong so may prove vulnerable late.
