Progressive individual who finished strongly off a good pace to win impressively on return from five months off the track latest; should go on from that now and looks like he’ll be a warm order to follow that up under Billy Egan.

The NAP-streak Stateside continued on Friday night so we are now up to nine winners in a row. Sadly the Aussie NAP lost on Friday morning but we have still had five winners from our last six so make no mistake remain in great form! DUKE OF PLUMPTON stands out on Saturday and should go off very short. If you can get even money it looks a price worth taking. He won impressively on return and would have tightened up for that so looks primed for another win here. One to keep firmly on side!

Race 4 Ascot 5.51 Blackwater Bay (7/4)

Couldn’t have been anymore impressive winning easily over C&D last week and back against his own age here so looks the most likely winner again with the promise of more to come; only raced four times so could still be anything.

There should be further improvement to come from BLACKWATER BAY following his impressive win over C&D last month. He picked up well and was well on top at the finish, three lengths clear at the line. This doesn’t look a great deal harder so he has thoroughly likeable claims of making it two wins from his first five starts. Definitely one to keep on side for the future too. Tradensia looks the main threat having got back to winning ways last time. She should also be capable of more in time.
