Race 7 Werribee 6.30 Right You Are (1/1)
Promising type who made the breakthrough at Sandown when last seen finishing best; up in class now but deservedly so and this looks a good race to start back with before going on to better things; rate him highly so should prove too good.
There looks to be bundles of pace on here and I think the harder they go the more it will play to the strengths of RIGHT YOU ARE. He ran out an impressive winner on his final start last year and with the promise of tons more to come he should prove too good for these. If you can get even money it looks a great price to me (shade of odds-on with most firms now). Sign Of Ussuri shaped well when third at Sandown last time and should run well. At a bigger price Via Capo might be value to hit the frame as he was out his depth latest.

Race 5 Pinjarra 8.17 Porphyrio (13/8)
Useful mare who improved for her return to win over shorter here in March, racing keenly throughout but still having enough to win by nearly four lengths; beaten a head last time but that looks solid form; good chance to get her head back in front.
This looks a race set up for PORPHYRIO to take out. There’s a lot to like about her chances having won well over shorter here before going down narrowly over track and trip. With further gains likely over this distance and a handy 3kg claim she is expected to take some stopping. Avalon Bay seems to be stepping forward with experience and is certainly one to note in opposition. Shoes Of Ekraar won at Ascot last time and is improving so is feared too but the selection is expected to be too strong for these on the day.
