Camelot colt who made it 3-3 coming from last to first to win impressively at Saint-Cloud when last seen; likeable attitude and has scope so should be more to come this season; this looks a good starting point and taken to remain unbeaten.
Just the one meeting in France to focus on for us on Friday and SKYWARD looks a standout on the card at Lyon Parilly. He has won all three starts and impressed with how he swept past the field to win by three widening lengths at Saint-Cloud when last seen in September. He is open to further progress now and this looks a good starting point for him to make it 4-4 under Pasquier. Pappalino was a solid third in a Group 3 behind Simona and looks the main danger on that form.

Lyon Parilly 12.15 Hellenistique (5/2)
Good looking sort who came there swinging widest of all to win by five lengths going away at Angers in November; looks to have a big engine and while he’ll need to step up to take this out he should improve again so hopes are high.
This looks a two-horse race on paper and HELLENISTIQUE is readily preferred. He just seems to be getting better and better and that win last time was mightily impressive with the jockey having the cheek to look through his legs before pulling clear and quickly settling it. This is obviously another step up and the useful Lootah should put up some resistance but I just think he is open to greater improvement and will prove too strong at the business end. It’s a race I’m looking forward to! 5/2 is a very fair price.
