Settled nicely in the early stages before making relentless headway taking it up on the swing for home and staying on strongly up to the line; this doesn’t look any tougher so obvious claims of following up; most likely winner.
We have a confident NAP for you Stateside on Saturday night as we head to Gulfstream for our best bet. PROJECTED won in good style over a mile at Tampa earlier this month and if in the same form here over the extended mile he will prove very difficult to beat under Emisael Jaramillo. He has won here in the past so will go well on the track. The Mighty Judge won over a mile here last time so looks the biggest danger but Hot And Heavy could run well at a bigger price and might be value to hit the frame.

Race 8 Santa Anita 12.18 United (6/5)
Won a Grade 2 well over track and trip when last seen in February and if ready to roll after a short break should be hard to beat as he looks to follow up under Flavien Prat; good pace on so should have a target to aim at.
Our second best bet of the night goes at Santa Anita in the Grade 2 Charles Whittingham Stakes. UNITED won a similar contest last time and if in the same form this gelding by Giant’s Cuaseway will take some stopping. They should go a good clip which will play into his hands as he will look to finish strong. Originaire won by over 5 lengths last time so is likely to emerge as the biggest danger. Rockemperor has been nibbled at in the market but he will need to show more than what he has done recently to figure.
