Race 2 Churchill Downs 6.34 Frost Or Frippery (11/8)
Won three of his last four now and comes here chasing a hat-trick; looked in great form winning over track and trip last month and if he turns up in the same form he will be tough to stop; good speed engaged so will have a target to aim at.
This looks another great opportunity for FROST OR FRIPPERY to win and make it four from his last five. He is in the form of his life and it’s hard to not see him running a big race. He will be thundering home up the straight and I’m not sure this field has the quality to hold him out. Parade Field is one of the closest in the betting but he is held on that last run where he was beaten two lengths. Hard to see the tables being turned. Degrom will find this easier and as a result might put up the most resistance to the favourite.

Chasing a hat-trick of wins after bolting up at Aqueduct in March and then backing that up with a convincing win at Oaklawn last month; doesn’t lack early speed so can push forward if needed to; hard to oppose given recent form.
We head to Belmont for our second best bet of the night Stateside and TIMELY TRADITION looks poised to strike again. She is a mare in great form having won her last two and with a similar scenario likely to pan out here she looks the most likely winner. Bertranda was only denied a nose over track and trip last time and the winner Bustin To Please looks quite good so should go well. Definitely the main danger to the selection. I fancy the pair to fight it out.
