Race 8 Belmont 10.04 Critical Value (11/10)
Improving filly who won two of her first three before running creditably in a Grade 2 at Aqueduct when last seen; can improve again and looks the class act in this field so should make a winning return.
Sticking with the improving CRITICAL VALUE here for Jeremiah Englehart. She looked a filly going places when dotting up by over 5 lengths at Belmont before running creditably in a Grade 2 on final start. She can kick on again and this looks a good starting point. She still has plenty of potential and could go have a bright season ahead. Big Q has some useful form in the book and can give the selection most to think about. It’s a good race but I think the fav will have too much.

Smart type who showed a great attitude to win by a neck over track and trip last month before running a good race behind a useful horse back in trip last time; form looks strong and should be good enough to take this out.
Happy to stick with JAMAICAN here for Peter Walder. He chased home Combination who is a useful type in a better race than this last month and can go one better and get himself back in the winners enclosure. He will look to push forward early and get the lead and has looked happier over 6f. Should justify favouritism! Arrivederla has been the one nibbled at but not for me. Karen’s Cove looks to be the main danger as he won well here two starts back and wasn’t disgraced in third last time.
