Shaped well on debut finishing second to a useful sort and then improved to chase home the likes of Kenzai Warrior and Max Vega in a red-hot Salisbury Novice; given time since and could be a smart individual; good chance on return.
Hard to get away from SEA TROUT REACH here for William Haggas and James Doyle. He has been gelded over the winter and could have improved plenty. That Salisbury race he ran in couldn’t have worked out any better and he looks better than this field. He’s been a bit easy in the market but I certainly wouldn’t let that put me off. Definitely the most likely winner for me! Machios is probably the main danger. He also looks the type to do better as a 3yo so should go well.

Limerick 4.10 Great House (11/8)
Highly promising colt by Galileo; ran a cracker on debut beaten just half a length at the line; sure to be more streetwise now and has plenty of scope to improve up in trip; looks the one they all have to beat.
Struggling to see how GREAT HOUSE isn’t odds-on here? He ran a race full of promise on debut and just couldn’t reach the winner in time. He was thundering home and is bred to relish this sort of trip so should come into his own. Looks a cut above these and that’s likely to be reflected in his price come post time. Peregrine Run is a smart chaser now trying his hand back on the Flat. Talented individual but hard to know how well he’s going to go. Got Trumped has done well over hurdles and also switches back to this discipline.
