York 3.00 One Master (7/4)
Held up off the pace and repeatedly denied a run until switching out and finishing best of all to win the Group 3 Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood last time; clearly in great form and this trip ideal; proven at top level; a lot to like.
This doesn’t look the strongest of Group 2’s to me so ONE MASTER is a confident selection to follow up her last gasp win at Goodwood. She should in theory get a clearer run through on this galloping track and is proven at the top level having won Group 1’s in France. With showers forecasted the ground should be ideal and she looks a great bet at 7/4. I do really like Safe Voyage however he takes a bit of time to get going and I think the selection has a lot more speed at the push of a button, should make all the difference.

Curragh 3.10 Make A Challenge (2/1)
Likeable type who is a 3-time C&D winner; showed a great attitude to make it two wins from his last three in a Listed race before going down all guns blazing to A’Ali most recently; obvious chance on form.
Speak In Colours has won two of his last three and is clearly in good order right now but I was quite surprised that MAKE A CHALLENGE wasn’t installed as favourite for this. He loves this C&D and couldn’t have run any better in defeat when second to A’Ali last time. If he repeats that form then he should have too much. I do think it’s between the pair even though there is some strength in depth. The selection is uncomplicated and will bounce out and try and gallop them all into the ground.
