Race 5 Goulburn 6.05 Commanding Missile (1/1)
Made a very promising start winning on debut at Scone last month, overhauling a useful type in the process; sure to improve and looks to have obvious claims of making it 2-2 for Annabel Neasham.
The exciting COMMANDING MISSILE looks the one to side with in Race 5 at Goulburn on Friday morning. This gelding made the perfect start winning on debut at Scone and he looked far from the finished article so with improvement a near certainty he should have no problem making it 2-2. He beat a good horse in Banju too so the form looks to have some substance. Luvoir won at the ninth time of asking at Nowra and has to be respected but he is going to need to find more if he is to put up a challenge to the favourite here. Horseta La Vista may run better than his odds suggest. He can improve after just four runs so may end up putting up the biggest challenge.

Race 5 Cairns 6.50 Fluttering (11/10)
Promising type who has done little wrong in two runs to date finishing runner-up on both occasions; excuses on debut but left that behind to fill the same position last time; clearly not the most straightforward but plenty talented; should win.
We head to Cairns for our second best bet Down Under overnight and FLUTTERING looks ready to strike for Sharlee Hoffman. He has looked to have plenty of ability in two runs to date and can take the required step forward to open his account. He has been a bit awkwardly away on both starts so if breaking cleanly and securing a good position it’s hard to see him beaten. Amelia’s Rainbow is probably the most interesting of the rest. She is yet to make the breakthrough but has been running well and finished second at Mareeba last time so has to come into calculations off the back of that encouraging performance. Noir Jack shouldn’t be entirely discounted either.
