Race 8 Woodbine 10.02 Vegas Kitten (11/8)
Useful type who was beaten just a length in a good race here on the synthetic surface last month; won two of his last four on turf so obvious chance back under these conditions; likes to push forward and dominate.
We were with VEGAS KITTEN last time and he was only narrowly denied. Back on turf I think he’ll take a lot of stopping. He’ll push forward and try and boss these from the front and prior to that latest effort he looks firmly on the upgrade so definitely one to keep safe for now. Unilateral remains unexposed and opened his account over 7f here on his penultimate start so is feared most in terms of a danger. Mnemba Island and Cats Dividend only come into play if it switches to the main track so are passed over. Hard to see anything else getting involved in what looks a very good opportunity for the favourite to get back to winning ways.

Race 6 Gulfstream 7.50 Beast Of Wildwood (13/8)
Improving filly who couldn’t have been anymore impressive winning by 8 lengths over track and trip last month; chasing a hat-trick now and with the promise of more to come should take a lot of stopping again.
With more to come BEAST OF WILDWOOD is the one to beat here as she chases her third win in a row. She is making her first start for Gilberto Zerpa and can keep on progressing. This track and trip seems to suit her well so another big run is on the cards. Ima Daredevil is also going the right way and impressed last time. This represents a much stiffer task though so she’ll need to step forward plenty to get involved. Only had four starts so lacks experience. Charge Account had Words Of Devine back in third when winning over C&D last month but was held last time so needs to find more to trouble the selection. I’ll be surprised if either Reggae Revolution or Itsenough are good enough.
