NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN ON SATURDAY AND IS NOW 4 FROM 5! RUNS AT HAMILTON ON SUNDAY!
Hamilton 3.40 Poet’s Lady (6/4)
Progressive filly by Farhh; caught the eye back from a 284 day break to win gamely at Haydock last time; gives the impression there’s lots more to come yet so good chance of following up on handicap debut.
The GYTO NAP goes from strength to strength as Ocean Wind won easily yesterday to give us 4 winners from our last 5 and back-to-back winners. We head to Hamilton on Sunday and POET’S LADY looks the best bet on the card at Hamilton. There are only 4 runners and it is competitive but she has likeable claims off the back of that latest victory. She is improving all the time and looks one to keep on side. Kayewhykelly has won her last two and looks the main danger. She is a further 5lb higher though and nearly 20lbs higher than when she started handicapping. I think it’s a big ask but obviously she’s respected given her current form. I’ll be surprised if either of the other two prove good enough.
NB – Second best selection of the day
THE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS AT CHELMSFORD ON SUNDAY AS WE LOOK TO GET IT BACK IN FORM!
Chelmsford 1.30 Harry’s Bar (9/4)
Likeable sprinter who looked better than ever over C&D last time, travelling notably well before quickening up best and running on well; up 6lb but if he turns up in that form again he is almost certain to go close; big chance.
I loved the way HARRY’S BAR won last time and given he is 2-4 at this track for James Fanshawe he could still have more to come over this trip as he is relatively unexposed. A 6lb rise is fair and I don’t think that will be enough to anchor him if he turns up in the same form. Not much pace on here so I can see Dubai Legacy and Animal Instinct pushing forward. Hopefully that sets it up for the selection. The latter is probably the danger as he did well to win last time and like the selection could have more to come. Lacks experience though so may be one for further down the line as still didn’t look the finished article to me last time. Oh This Is Us ran better last time so also comes into the reckoning.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Chelmsford and Hamilton on Sunday afternoon.

Chelmsford
Here’s our Notebook Double. These are two horses we’ve been keeping an eye on that have a good chance of winning. The Tracker Double usually pays better than the Daily Double and must be included.
Here you will find our Daily Lucky 15! It includes both Notebook runners, the Eye Catcher and Value Tip. These are some of our strongest bets of the day combined to try and land that big win.
