Best Australian Horse Racing bets in Australia on Friday morning

We remain in good form Down Under as the NB won overnight (NAP was scratched late) so our best bet is still chasing a hat-trick and so is the NB now. Racing from Moree, Wagga, Kilmore and Moonee Valley.

THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) IS STILL ON A HAT-TRICK! RUNS AT KILMORE OVERNIGHT!

Race 3 Kilmore 3.30 Blavatsky (6/5)

Promising filly who looks set to make the breakthrough after two big runs at Hamilton on debut and then at Bendigo last time from a wide draw; this looks easier and no surprise if she moves forward and dictates from a low draw; the one to beat.

The Aussie NAP is still chasing a hat-trick after last nights best bet was scratched late in the day. We head to Kilmore in the early hours of Friday morning and BLAVATSKY looks well placed. She has a decent draw and should use her early speed to grab the lead and dictate. She will be approaching peak fitness now after two starts and has plenty going for her. Expect her to be strong in the betting. Phantomix is the one I fear most. She has shown enough to suggest she’ll get competitive here and gets first-time blinkers which should help. She likes to come late so hopefully the selection will be away and gone by then. No surprise if she runs on strongly for second and might be one for next time.

Race 5 Moonee Valley 8.30 Whipcracker Way (13/8)

Useful sort who has four wins from five starts and comes here chasing four in a row after impressing at Moe recently; a lot of pace on so will be interesting to see if he tries to make all again but guessing he is versatile; tough to oppose.

The NB landed last night so we are now eyeing up a hat-trick of wins and the improving WHIPCRACKER WAY looks to have obvious claims here. He is looking to make it five wins from six starts and ticks plenty of boxes. Young Liam, Being Dazzled and Hard Rock Girl all like to push forward too so if they go too hard early it wouldn’t surprise me if the selection took a toe before proving the stronger in the run to the line. At the same time he does have the speed to lead even from a wide gate so it will be interesting to see how this materialises early on. In terms of a danger it is probably Our Gladiator who may be suited by how this is run and is the sort of price where you can have a saver.
