THE US NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN LAST NIGHT AND IS NOW ON FOR A 6-TIMER TONIGHT!
Race 6 Golden Gate 11.18 Hong Kong Cowboy (11/8)
Useful sort who comes here chasing a hat-trick after two convincing wins over track and trip recently; found plenty for pressure last time and was well on top at the finish with Glenroy back in third; hard to stop if in the same form.
The US NAP just can’t stop winning right now as we fired in our FIFTH winner in a row last night. Hopefully we can bring up the 6-timer at Golden Gate tonight and HONG KONG COWBOY looks the one to beat in Race 6 on the card. He is thriving right now and I fancy him strongly to get the better of Colour Me Happy. The latter was chasing his fifth straight win in a row here last time but could only finish third. This is a bit easier but he is bumping into a horse at the top of his game in the selection so may have to settle for second best. It’s definitely between the pair but Sunny Spot looks best of the rest. Not beaten far last time and is probably better than that.

Race 7 Churchill Downs 9.06 Back Ring Luck (3/1)
Left debut run well behind when third in August and stepped forward again from that when denied just a nose last time, only chinned late; open to further progress and should get all these at it up the straight.
This looks a good opportunity for BACK RING LUCK to make the breakthrough. He knocked loudly on the door last time and I think if he reproduces that sort of effort here he will have too much for these. He showed bright speed last time and will probably adopt positive tactics again. Optimus Kat is down in grade and has to be feared. His penultimate run when he wasn’t beaten far behind some useful types reads well so he is a big danger off the back of that. Beaucette’s Ekati is also open to improvement so has to enter the reckoning. I do think the selection has the most potential in the field though so it will be disappointing if he can’t at the very least go close.
