THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT IPSWICH ON WEDNESDAY MORNING!
Race 4 Ipswich 5.09 Good Chat (4/5)
Smart type who has won two of his last three; ran on strongly from off the pace to win final start last campaign over track and trip; freshened up since and looks firmly on the upgrade so obvious chance of going in again.
Another second for the Aussie NAP overnight so hopefully we can get back to winning ways on Wednesday. GOOD CHAT should be a warm order at Ipswich as he has looked promising so far. He has won two of his last three and looks well placed on return given he is open to further improvement. Somervell was hampered in the run when second last time and can also do better so is feared most. Perfect Aim could be a bit of value to hit the frame. That run behind Full Nelson last time wasn’t bad so has form claims here. Lacks the potential of the favourite but can run a big race. It’s 12/1 bar so hard to recommend much else in a race that looks to lack strength in depth.

Race 9 Morphettville 6.25 Exalted Zoe (7/4)
Progressive mare who comes here chasing a hat-trick; won by 6 lengths on return at Strathalbyn and followed up justifying favouritism over C&D last time beating Viduka into second; fitter now and should take all the beating again.
Given EXALTED ZOE had Viduka held in second last time I can see a similar scenario panning out here. She is a mare going places and looks worth keeping safe. I’m actually quite surprised she is 7/4 for this as she was backed into 11/8 when she won last time so fancy her odds to keep tumbling. Viduka is obviously a danger again as he is consistent and can run his race. Fancy them to finish 1-2. Little Rich Boy needs to improve to hit the frame. Getting fitter all the time so not one to completely rule out. Akkacan is drawn out wide but if coping with that might be a bit of value to run on into a place. 14/1 bar those mentioned and nothing makes much appeal in all honesty.
