THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 2 AT CHURCHILL DOWNS ON THURSDAY NIGHT!
Race 2 Churchill Downs 4.58 Reason To Soar (11/10)
Smart type who comes here chasing a hat-trick after two convincing wins over 6f here and then at Keeneland last time; holds a few of these on that form and not one to take on in current form so looks sure to go well again.
We head to Churchill Downs tonight for our best bet Stateside and the hat-trick seeking REASON TO SOAR looks a great bet in Race 2 on the card. He is actually looking to make it four wins from his last five after finding plenty to score by 3 lengths at Keeneland last time. This doesn’t look much tougher so he is an obvious selection to go in again. Royal Commission has finished behind him twice recently but did improve to get back to winning ways over 6f here last time. He could be the one to give him a race again and it wouldn’t surprise me if the pair finished 1-2 here. Laddie Boy is also strictly held on form but has been consistent so isn’t completely overlooked.

Race 5 Laurel Park 6.37 Natty Beau (13/8)
Improving youngster who made the breakthrough impressively over 6f here last time, strong at the line; step up to 7f will suit and he looks the one they all have to beat again with the promise of even more to come yet.
We head to Laurel Park tonight for our second best bet Stateside and NATTY BEAU should be winning again. He impressed last time dictating from the off and a similar scenario could pan out here despite the step up in grade. He is clearly improving as he gains experience and while this represents another test for him I fancy him to come out on top as that last run was very good and backed up by the clock to a certain extent. Silver Sun is another 2yo improving and he won well last time. That was an easier contest than what the selection won though so he’ll need more if he is to trouble the favourite. Kentucky Cool lacks experience but also looks promising so don’t completely discount.

The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Churchill Downs and Laurel Park on Thursday night.
