THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT LAUREL PARK ON SATURDAY NIGHT!
Race 5 Laurel Park 7.23 Nomo Ron (11/10)
Smart type who looked a bit unlucky not to complete a hat-trick over track and trip last time, denied just a neck; clearly thriving right now and this looks easier so obvious chance of making it three from his last four.
We head to Laurel Park tonight for our best bet Stateside and NOMO RON should be a warm order in Race 5 on the card. This horse has been in terrific form lately and went very close last time. That would have been 3 wins in a row so he couldn’t really be in better form. That was a $45K event so this is notably easier hence his price in the market. Baptize The Boy has the form to get involved and would be one of the dangers against. Girls Love Me needs to do better than he did last time but also has some previous efforts that entitle him to get involved. This lacks strength in depth so nothing makes much appeal at the bigger prices.

THE US NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) LANDED LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT AQUEDUCT ON SATURDAY!
Race 7 Aqueduct 7.45 Vineyard Sound (13/8)
Showed a great attitude to bring up a hat-trick on a sloppy track at Belmont when last seen in October; back down in grade on return (was scratched earlier this month) and obvious chance of making it four in a row.
It is a bit of a concern that VINEYARD SOUND was scratched when due to run earlier this month but if all is fine and well he is clearly the one to beat in this field. He dug in gamely to beat better horses than this at Belmont over this trip in October and if he picks up where he left off he will make it 4 in a row tonight. I expect him to be positive and may well go from the front. Shamrocked was second beaten half a length by the selection on his penultimate start and it wouldn’t surprise me if he was the one to give him a race again. He was a place behind Square Shooter last month so the latter also has to come into the equation at a slightly bigger price at the time of writing.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Laurel Park and Aqueduct on Saturday night.
