Race 1 Bunbury 5.57 He’s A Sizzler (1/1)

Promising type who ran an encouraging race when second on debut at Ascot, only denied a head; sure to improve off the back of that and looks the one to beat as he bids to make the breakthrough; one to keep safe.

We head to Bunbury on Thursday morning for our best bet Down Under and HE’S A SIZZLER looks poised to make the breakthrough for Chris Parnham. This gelding showed plenty of ability when a narrow second on debut and with improvement a near certainty he looks a good bet to go one better here. This isn’t overly competitive so I expect him to win this before contesting better races. Hear Me Sing was hampered at the start before finishing fourth on return. He will strip fitter for that run and can do better so looks the danger. Buster’s Force was well down the field on debut but looks a colt with a future so might well end up being best of the rest. La Galexia also needs considering for a place.

Race 6 Pakenham 9.30 Rights Of Man (13/8)

Good looking sort who made a winning start at Kyneton earlier this month, running on strongly from midfield to win convincingly; scope to improve and this looks a good bit of placement to make it 2-2.

I fancy RIGHTS OF MAN to remain unbeaten at Pakenham on Thursday morning. This good looking chestnut made a perfect start winning impressively at Kyneton and judging by his stature he is only going to improve from that. If he steps forward I don’t think these will be good enough to hold him out given his finishing nature. Opposing also made a winning start and while he is promising too I think the favourite has greater potential going forward. The rest don’t look good enough. Helavabel is consistent enough and has been freshened up so may well end up best of the rest. Casa Del Sol also goes well fresh but again I think he has more than enough to find to get involved at the business end.
