Best bets Stateside on Thursday night

Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and we have covered SIX meetings again and picked out our best bets.

IN RED-HOT FORM STATESIDE! Another busy night coming up with racing from Gulfstream, Keeneland, Aqueduct, Delta Downs, Golden Gate and Turf Paradise.

NAP – Best selection of the evening

THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 3 AT TURF PARADISE ON THURSDAY NIGHT!

Race 3 Turf Paradise 10.29 Bella Figura (7/4)

Looked a mare in good form with herself winning convincingly over the extended 7f here last month; this no tougher and with good speed engaged she should get a nice toe in before looking to get on top late.

The NAP finished second last night so hopefully we can get back to winning ways tonight. We head to Turf Paradise and last time out winner BELLA FIGURA should prove hard to hold out. She was nicely on top last time and I still think the best is yet to come with her despite her being a 6yo now. Her form in Ireland previously was very solid so it’s no surprise to see her doing well Stateside now. If she’s in the same form it will take a good one to stop her getting on top late I think. Lady Robin was second to the selection on penultimate start and ran well when denied a head last month so looks the one to give her most to think about again. Lucky Stepper is a decent yardstick but she needs more.

Promising filly who left previous form behind winning head in chest over a furlong further in February; back in trip which should suit aggressive tactics and she is hard to oppose with the promise of more to come.

Pocket Square landed us a nice winner last night Stateside and we head to Gulfstream tonight where FLORADO looks the one to beat in Race 6 on the card. She bolted up last time and that was an impressive display. Back in trip I’m guessing they’ll take the race by the scruff of the neck and it’s going to take a big performance from one of her rivals to overhaul her. Nicole Princess has had just the four starts and shouldn’t be entirely ignored with improvement to come. Feel she needs more on what we’ve seen though. Gone To Cabo hasn’t been running great but she’ll at least find this a lot easier so she has to be respected. Probably the main danger to the favourite all things considered.
