Race 7 Woodbine 9.28 Drunk Dial (11/8)

Exciting filly who made a perfect start winning head in chest on debut over track and trip in November; sure to improve and if she does she looks well placed to make it 2-2 here; looks one to follow given her potential.

We head to Woodbine for our best bets tonight and DRUNK DIAL looks worth siding with to make it a perfect 2-2 here. She really lengthened in good style on debut and still looked quite raw so she is sure to improve both physically and mentally. I’m expecting her to push forward and get on the speed and it’s going to take a good one to peg her back. Polyanthus also made a winning start and could emerge as the danger. She had to dig fairly deep to win on that occasion though and the form doesn’t look as strong as that of the selection. California Lily disappointed last time but she’s better than that and if she bounces back she is also one to take into consideration.

Likeable filly who is improving fast; won 3 of her last 4 and her overall record now reads 5 wins from just 7 starts; progressive and has plenty in her favour again so looks the one to beat in this field; hard to oppose.

The progressive ARTIE’S PRINCESS should take care of these. She is a filly going places and she had the likes of Boardroom and Our Secret Agent in behind again when winning last time. She goes well fresh so ticks plenty of boxes. Summer Sunday was disappointing behind Amalfi Coast last time but she’s better than that and if she bounces back she could have a say here. Golden Ami won her first two starts but did run flat last time and was never really a factor. If she bounces back she looks a live contender to run into a place so definitely one to keep an eye on. Fav should have them covered. The selection should get a lovely toe into this before getting on top close home.
