AUSSIE NAP LANDED OVERNIGHT! Strangely just the 3 meetings on Friday with racing from Murwillumbah, Bendigo and Ipswich. Overnight Double pays 3/1!

THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS AT IPSWICH ON FRIDAY!
Race 5 Ipswich 6.35 Rich Lister (5/4)
Talented mare who was in good form prior to running flat at Eagle Farm last time; had excuses though and wasn’t beaten that far so good reason to think she can bounce back especially getting the rail and pushing forward.
The Aussie NAP was well backed and delivered overnight so hopefully we can add another winner on Friday. We head to Ipswich where RICH LISTER can get herself back in the winners enclosure. She was disappointing last time but had excuses and draws the rail here. Zac Lloyd’s claim is also a bonus and she should take a lot of holding. Chelsea Reign won at Warwick last time swooping from off the pace but her overall record reads just 2 from 19 so she doesn’t always back up performances. If she runs to that level again she has to be the danger though. Hidden Secret is 3 from 26 and is consistent so shouldn’t be all that far away. Falvey’s Spirit has more to offer and is best of the rest.

THE AUSSIE NB (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 1 AT BENDIGO ON FRIDAY!
Race 1 Bendigo 4.00 Vilanculos (5/4)
Good looking chestnut who has some strong form in the book in the context of this race and again ran well when third over track and trip last time, only beaten 3 lengths; open to further improvement so hard to oppose.
Not the most inspiring racing Down Under overnight and I know VILANCULOS is 0/8 but she has 5 placed efforts in there and has shown enough to win a race like this. She was a good third here last time and if she builds on that she should win this. She was caught wide last time and that was far from ideal. The money was down so I expect it only to be borrowed for now and she should be well punted again. Dubai Moon is second fav and is 0/10 with just 2 placed efforts in there. He was only 9th of 14 at Moonee Valley last time and is hard to recommend to be honest. I see Luna One as the main danger as he gradually looks to be getting the message and is capable of better like the selection.
