THE NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN YESTERDAY SO IS NOW CHASING A HAT-TRICK!
Lingfield 3.20 Alrehb (11/8)
Good looking sort who ran a really promising race on debut finishing a close second at Newcastle 27 days ago; travelled best but just beaten by a filly with more experience on the day; sure to improve and will be hard to beat.
The NAP won again yesterday so we head into Thursday chasing a HAT-TRICK of winners. I really liked the debut of ALREHB at Newcastle. This son of War Front is a half-brother to Group 1 winner Muhaarar and he travelled notably strong before being edged out by a filly with more know-how. The pair came clear from the rest and it was a decent effort first-up. He will be a lot more streetwise here and if he can get a toe in and a target to aim at I think he’ll be seen to even better effect. Spangler made a winning debut in testing ground at Leicester but hasn’t been seen since. He could be the danger but might jut be bumping into one. Royal Invitation is the most interesting of the debutants.

Chelmsford 4.55 Eternal Love (15/8)
Caravaggio filly who ran a cracker on debut going down just a head after a slow start at Kempton earlier this month; winner looked a nice prospect so form should work out; going to improve and is sure to go close.
This looks between the front pair in the market but I’m keen to side with Caravaggio filly ETERNAL LOVE for Ralph Beckett. She made a bright start chasing home Fresh Fancy on debut at Kempton. She didn’t quite have the pace to reel in the winner who got first run and in hindsight has done well to get as close as she did. If she breaks on terms here she should take plenty of stopping as she strikes me as having the most potential of these. Beautiful Secret also caught the eye on debut only missing narrowly but failed to back that up at Ascot. She wasn’t disgraced and if she can progress further she should keep the selection honest. Invasive is quite interesting but might just need more time.
Daily Double
