THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 2 AT INDIANA GRAND ON MONDAY!

Race 2 Indiana Grand 6.56 Music To My Ears (1/1)

Useful type who has won 2 of his last 3 and showed a good attitude under pressure to assert over C&D last month; hard to oppose off the back of that and a repeat would probably see him come out on top again.

The initial US NAP was scratched so we have a replacement now running in Race 2 on the card. MUSIC TO MY EARS has won 2 of his last 3 and is in good enough form to take this out. He just stalked the pace through last time before coming through strongly and was always finding enough. This isn’t any tougher and I think it will be the same outcome tonight. Souixper Charger actually beat the selection last time but that was over shorter and 6f should see the selection get the better of the argument. He is still the main danger though as he has also won 2 of his last 3 albeit the first of those wins coming on turf. Double Advantage remains unexposed and can’t be entirely ruled out either.

Race 9 Zia Park 10.06 Elegant Cricket (5/4)

Improving filly who was back to her best drawing clear late to win impressively enough over the extended 6f here last time; showed a real liking for the track that day and capable of better yet so leading claims in this field.

With the promise of more to come especially at this track ELEGANT CRICKET can follow up. She did it in good style last time and a similar performance would see her too good for these again. She just tracked the early speed through the last day before angling out and then looking firmly in control in the run to the line. Affairs Unlimited is a decent mare at this level and she has to be feared off the back of that win over 5 and a half furlongs last time. Critical Decision also brings winning form to the table but was held by Stormy World prior to that so has enough to find to try and get seriously competitive here. The latter may well be the value to run into a place but she has been beaten twice since then.
