Hereford 2.40 Nikap (9/4)
Likeable type who hasn’t looked back since joining this yard making it 2-2 winning unchallenged at Fontwell at the start of the month; back over hurdles here and will likely go forward and look to make all again.
The NAP was back in the winners enclosure yesterday so hopefully we can follow up on Wednesday. We head to Hereford where NIKAP can bring up the hat-trick. She looked a happy horse making it 2-2 for this yard at Fontwell last time and if she’s in the same form back over hurdles she will take plenty of catching under Adam Wedge. Josie Abbing looks the danger but she was beaten some 9 lengths at Ascot last time and might just be in the handicappers grip for now. Golden Emblem was a big improver last season but didn’t show a great deal on return at Ffos Las and even down 2lb needs more. Runasimi River finished last at Chepstow on return and is also hard to warm towards.

Dundalk 2.00 Together Aclaim (5/2)
Improving sort who needed the experience on debut at Leopardstown and took a big step forward denied just half a length over a mile here last time; form well advertised since; sure to go close with more to come.
Not many of these look up to much so TOGETHER ACLAIM should take a lot of beating. He ran a cracker when only narrowly denied over a mile here last time and with the drop back slightly in trip likely to suit he can improve again to take this maiden. The horse that finished fourth in that race Alooqaal has since gone down just half a length so that’s given the form a nice boost. Hernes Hill looks the obvious danger as he showed definite ability when third on debut and can do better. Thismydream is exposed in comparison to the two mentioned above but with the blinkers back on and a first-time tongue-tie he might not be all that far away either. Lady Bear is interesting on debut so watch the market for clues.
Daily Double
