Promising sort who made all on debut in a bumper at Newbury and backed that up to remain unbeaten at Doncaster last time; tons of potential now hurdling and can make a winning start here; looks one to keep on side.
The NAP has now won Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so hopefully we can make it a FIVE-TIMER on Friday. We head to Doncaster where SKYTASTIC should be all the rage. He was 2-2 in bumpers and goes up in trip for hurdles debut. Connections will be hopeful he can make a winning start. He should appreciate going up in trip and if his jumping passes the test I can’t see him being beaten. The danger looks to be Godrevy Point who has experience on side and looked unlucky to miss by just a short head last time. Commodore Miller can also improve but on that bare form at Fakenham he will certainly need to. Hyland hasn’t looked straightforward so is opposable.

Doncaster 1.15 Funambule Sivola (best price 7/4)
Won four times over fences last season and chased Shishkin home when last seen over this trip; excellent second to First Flow at Huntingdon and Cheltenham run can be forgiven; should be hard to beat here.
He will need to bounce back from that Cheltenham blip but back down to 2 miles FUNAMBULE SIVOLA is likely to be popular here. He chased home Shishkin when last seen over this trip and his run when second in the Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon was a good effort. He will likely race prominently under Charlie Deutsch and should take a bit of beating. Before Midnight arrives in good nick after winning four in a row and then wasn’t massively disgraced when fourth in the Desert Orchid Chase last month. He will find this easier so has to be a threat to the selection. Moonlighter was back to form when third last time and is on a good mark so also has to enter calculations.
