Race 5 Golden Gate Fields 10.50 Miss Ski (10/11)

Tough mare who showed a good attitude to kick clear late and win over 6f here last time; hard to beat if she turns up in the same form and if anything this looks easier so definitely the one to beat; will be up with the pace.

The US NAP landed again last night so we’re on a HAT-TRICK now and while this might not be the best race of the night MISS SKI is a standout at Golden Gate Fields. She showed a good attitude to prevail last time and had more to give crossing the line. A repeat of that would see her follow up and even at a shade of odds-on she looks good value. The danger is probably the closer of the pack Jan Jan Can but I think the fav might already be home and hosed by the time she gets going. Slew Of Fashion has gone off the boil but she is a big price if she can rediscover some form. May well be the value to finish second especially if Jan Jan Can gets too far back.

Likeable mare who had a couple of these in behind when winning gamely over 6f here last time; hard to beat if matching that form again tonight and looks one to keep firmly on side against these; clearly the one to beat.

This looks a good chance for TIZ A MASTER to follow up. She showed a real likeable attitude under pressure to fend off Busy Paynter over 6f here last time and looks up to confirming that form tonight. It’s A Riddle was also back in fourth and looks held again. The danger could be Hot On The Trail but she was thrashed at this level last time so has a bit to prove off the back of that. Bella Renella has been very consistent and also has to enter calculations but she was beaten by It’s A Riddle earlier in the season and that horse has been held by the fav since so on collateral form has enough to find to get seriously competitive. Showit is on a hat-trick but will find this tougher tonight.
