Race 8 Delta Downs 10.47 Zydeco Music (11/8)
Tough mare who won head in chest over track and trip last month, pulling away readily late on; good effort in defeat last time; this looks easier and should return to winning ways now.
I’m really liking the chances of ZYDECO MUSIC at Delta Downs on Friday night. This mare has proved really consistent and the way she won on penultimate start was very impressive. If she returns to that sort of form here she should have too much for these rivals. It looks slightly easier to me and I think the market has it spot on that she is the most likely winner if things go to plan. The danger looks to be Keen On Keenan who continues to run well and should give her running again. Of the rest Mean American also has to enter the argument after a good second last time. She is unexposed so should hit the frame but may struggle to cope with the early speed of the fav.

Race 8 Golden Gate Fields 12.02 Tizlightning (2/1)
Progressive sort who remains unbeaten thanks to the stewards after being denied a neck last time but being promoted due to interference; scope to progress again and can make it 4-4 here under aggressive tactics.
I’ve got to stick with the improving TIZLIGHTNING at Golden Gate on Friday night. He continues to go from strength-to-strength and connections would have been pleased to see him awarded the race last time. He should get on the speed here and I don’t see him being caught given how well he hits the line over this trip. Mob Boss made the breakthrough last month and has to be respected off the back of that. Highland Ghost impressed on penultimate start but really struggled back on dirt last time and has enough to prove following that disappointing effort. Fascinated is lightly raced and is a colt that should do better with time and experience but this is quite a big ask.

The Daily Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Delta Downs and Golden Gate Fields on Friday evening.
