Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and we have covered FIVE meetings again and picked out our best bets.

TONS OF GRADED ACTION STATESIDE TONIGHT! I’m looking forward to the Risen Star Stakes where Smile Happy puts his unbeaten record on the line. Daily Double pays 11/4!

NAP – Best selection of the evening

Smart type who arrives here chasing a four-timer after showing a great attitude to prevail over a mile here last month; drop back to 7f will help if anything and hard to oppose if in the same form; clearly the one to beat.

This is a good race but it also represents a great opportunity for CORDMAKER to win at graded level. He is in great form having won 4 of his last 5 including his last 3 and back down to 7f should suit him. It will be interesting to see where the pace comes from but I think he’ll be finishing best. He has gone forward before too so that’s not out of the equation either. The danger looks to be Sir Alfred James who has been keeping good company. Air Token won easily last month and also has to enter calculations. Shackqueenking has form that ties in with the favourite so he might not be too far away either but will need things to drop right.

Race 8 Laurel Park 9.14 Glass Ceiling (11/10)

Progressive mare who has won 3 of her last 4 and was impressive at Aqueduct over this trip last month; hard to beat if running up to that sort of level again here; should get a nice toe in before looking to finish best.

This looks a great chance for GLASS CEILING to win again. She bolted up last time and if she brings that sort of form to the table she is going to have too much for these. Jakarta looks the obvious danger and arrives in good form but she is more exposed than the selection so will need to be at her very best to upset the favourite. Fille d’Esprit had looked pretty promising but she blew out last time behind Kaylasaurus and has enough to prove off the back of that effort. Bold Confection is quite a big price seeing as she has won 3 of her last 4 but this is a big step up. Connections must feel she has a squeak to pitch her in at the deep end though so she might be worth a saver to hit the frame.
