Fontwell 2:50 Brewin’upastorm (9/4)

This does look a better race than last years renewal but BREWIN’UPASTORM is the one to beat again. He won this last year fairly comfortably and arguably looks better this season. He most likely would have been 3 from 3 if he didn’t fall and Cheltenham but his 2 wins have been pretty good and he looks to have the edge on his rivals.

Darver Star was beaten by the selection last time out and I am not sure he will reverse that form here on the same terms. Monmiral running here is interesting and if getting the trip he will be the main danger. Allmankind and Guard Your Dreams are solid rivals but the NAP may be a class above.

Fontwell 2:20 Guguss Collonges (2/1)

With the forecast soft ground at Fontwell on Sunday GUGUSS COLLONGES will likely go very close after running a below par 3rd at Plumpton last time. That was on good ground but his form clearly points to him being a better horse with ease in the ground. They have re-applied the cheekpieces while should also bring out further improvement and he should go very well for the Moore yard.

Concrete King is a danger on his day but is hard to catch right. The main danger could well be Graces Order who on the pick of her form should be in the mix.
