Progressive hurdler who ran on well to win cosily at Huntingdon and then followed up in good style at Warwick last week; turned out quickly under a penalty but lots more to come yet so should have too much for these.

This looks a good opportunity for the Jonjo O’Neill-trained HEAD LAW to bring up the hat-trick. He impressed on handicap debut and a penalty shouldn’t be enough to stop him going in again. There is still plenty of improvement to come in the jumping department so if he is slicker here the rest will all be playing catch-up. Of those the danger is probably Pay The Woman who bounced back to win easily over C&D last time and even with a 6lb rise should still run a nice race. Bay Of Intrigue remains a maiden over hurdles but has only found one too good the last twice and a similar run will likely have him in the mix again here whilst still proving vulnerable late. The rest are hard to recommend.
