Race 3 Belmont Park 9.09 Consumer Spending (10/11)
Progressive filly who won twice as a 2yo and made a winning return getting up to do it a shade cosily at Aqueduct when last seen in April; sure to improve and while this is tougher she brings a lot of potential to the table.
The US NAP won again last night so we head into Thursday chasing a FOUR-TIMER now! I really like the look of CONSUMER SPENDING at Belmont Park. This filly is getting better with experience and impressed with how she finished on reappearance at Aqueduct. With scope to improve further she can handle this step up to Grade 2 company. The danger is likely Skims who landed back-to-back wins before bumping into a couple at this level when last seen at Keeneland. If she improves again she should give the selection most to think about. Vergara showed a good attitude to finish third last time and with more to come looks best of the rest. Shad Nation also respected but definitely needs to improve.

Race 5 Gulfstream Park 8.17 Restless Eyes (15/8)
Likeable filly who won impressively over track and trip and then backed that up scooting clear by nearly 12 lengths over 6f here on penultimate start; bumped into one last time and should resume her progress against these.
The improving RESTLESS EYES should be hard to beat at Gulfstream tonight. She was so impressive landing back-to-back wins here before bumping into another nice horse in Anna’s Dream last time. She has more to offer yet and I think she can get back on track in a big way tonight. Mabee Luckynwild was a convincing winner here when last seen in April and could emerge as the main danger. Chitienne beat Adios Babe here on penultimate start and wasn’t disgraced last time so also has to enter calculations. More Glory won last time but this does look to have more strength in depth and she is going to need much more to get involved here. Good race but I think the fav can take it out.
