Likeable mare who has proved a revelation since switched to the minimum trip; won easily on return at Beverley before following up despite a slow start at Carlisle; impressive again last time and form franked since.
The NAP landed a hat-trick of winners yesterday so a lot like ELEGANT ERIN we’re looking to bring up the four-timer on Monday! We head to Pontefract and this likeable mare has really come into herself since dropped to the minimum trip. She was much the best again over C&D last time and that form has a strong look to it now with the runner-up King Of Tonga winning so convincingly at Chester over the weekend. Even the fifth Van Gerwen has won convincingly at Nottingham since so it really stacks up. She is up another 6lb but in truth could easily still be a couple of steps ahead of the handicapper. Havagomecca is another filly that tries hard and with first-time cheekpieces she looks the main danger.

Windsor 6.45 Jewel In My Crown (5/2)
Caught the eye going close over C&D last month and again ran well in defeat when beaten just a length at Sandown last time; given a lot to do on that occasion and denied a run at a crucial stage too; should win this.
We head to Windsor on Monday night for our second best bet and JEWEL IN MY CROWN deserves to get her head back in front. She went really close here last month and backed that up with a big run at Sandown last time. She is 3lb higher but looks to have leading claims in this field. The obvious danger is Splendent having got his head in front on final start as a 2yo at Newcastle. An opening mark of 83 looks workable so as long as he isn’t too rough around the edges back from a 227 day absence he should keep the selection honest. Anythingtoday also deserves a mention having been beaten less than a length over C&D last time and Ryan Moore gets the leg up now which has to be a positive.
