NAP – My best tip of the day
Kempton 3.30 Tamilla (13/8)
Nathaniel filly who went down just a short head on handicap debut before improving to win readily at Ffos Las last month; open to further improvement and should prove hard to beat back into a handicap against her own sex.
This looks a good opportunity for TAMILLA to follow up. She ran a huge race on handicap debut to get within a short head of victory at Haydock and given that race has produced 3 subsequent winners perhaps it was no surprise to see her land a maiden at Ffos Las last month. She is back in handicap company now off a mark of 80 and with more to come should have too much for these rivals. Ulysses filly Hexameter got within a length of winning at Windsor when last seen in June and if she improves now tackling handicap company she could be the danger. Greek Flame continues to run well so also has to be respected. Sous Les Etoiles has a future too but might need more time and experience.

Wolverhampton 4.15 Darcy’s Rock (2/1)
Improving filly who built on an eye-catching second to win convincingly at Chepstow up to this trip for the first time last month; 7lb rise but no surprise to see her ridden forward again and could prove hard to catch once more.
A lot to like about the chances of DARCY’S ROCK at Wolverhampton. She looks a fair bit ahead of her mark judging by that Chepstow win last time and given she is unexposed over 7f the rise in the weights is unlikely to anchor her. Buachaill didn’t really react well to a first-time hood at Newcastle and needs to show more back down in trip. Brazen Diamond might emerge as a greater threat as she goes handicapping now and could find improvement but certainly needs to. Homemade Andrea has at least won over C&D but comes here out of form and is hard to warm to even in a tongue strap again. Two Summers is another one that might run better but also has enough to prove right now.
