Notebook Selection

THE NOTEBOOK WAS PROFITABLE TO FOLLOW LAST YEAR AND WE’LL BE LOOKING TO BOUNCE BACK THIS AFTERNOON!

Lingfield 2.45 Sam Brown (9/4)

Won both bumpers and looked to need the run back from a break when fourth at Wincanton; improved to make all at Plumpton, unchallenged; not been seen since but has potential to do well over fences and should go close if fit and ready to go.

We’ll be looking to get the Notebook back on track today and SAM BROWN catches the eye over at Lingfield. He was unbeaten in bumpers, beating the likes of Lalor and Chef Des Obeaux and got off the mark over hurdles in good style when last seen. He has been off for over 2 years but Anthony Honeyball elects to send him chasing now and he has plenty of potential in this sphere so looks worth chancing. Just Your Type is probably the main danger.

Notebook Selection

Taunton 3.30 Wishing And Hoping (15/8)

Lightly raced under Rules but did well over hurdles and although it didn’t go to plan over fences he has won all 3 starts in points since so could run a big race on his hunter debut here; expecting a big run.

Captain Cattistock has been frustrating lately and although he looks the pick on recent form I think he’s too short in the market and WISHING AND HOPING looks worth backing against him. The latter has thrived in points recently winning all 3 starts and could relish this test on his hunter debut. Ultragold has been around the block but does have plenty of ability so while he needs to bounce back he could play a hand if the market principals fail to fire.

Notebook Double

Here you will find our Notebook Double which is profitable to follow. Remember to back the double (and singles) to consistent stakes and you’ll always come out on top in the end. The worst thing you can do is not back them after a blank day.
