Race 4 Gulfstream 6.34 Fuddled (5/4)
Did too much early on return, pushing the pace out wide and just got tired in the stretch; should come on for that comeback and given how promising her debut effort was she could easily bounce back and make the breakthrough here.
I’m willing to give FUDDLED another chance here. She was so promising on debut and I know she was a bit disappointing last time but she may have needed the run and if she’s tightened up for that in what looks an easier race she will be extremely hard to beat. The opposition haven’t shown a great deal so it looks an ideal opportunity. Da Moose Is Loose ran second on her debut and will probably give the selection most to think about as she will push forward and set the tempo.

Race 3 Tampa Bay Downs 6.27 Cadet Connelly (6/4)
Finished second in a Grade 1 in September last year; consistent in defeat since and caught the eye when beaten a length and three quarters into fourth at Gulfstream last time; this is his easiest assignment for a while so should prove too good.
We head to Tampa for our NB Stateside on Wednesday and CADET CONNELLY is fancied to come out on top in Race 3 on the card. He just looks better than these on paper and with Sir Ludlow and Uncle Kevin taking each other on up top it should pan out favourably for him. Definitely the most likely winner and I think he goes off shorter than 6/4 come post time. Caramelito showed a good attitude to prevail by a head last time and is most likely to benefit if the favourite does fluff his lines.
