Race 4 Woodbine 7.33 Flash Of Silver (8/11)

Smart colt who dotted up by 5 lengths in a stronger race than this last time; open to further improvement and hard to get away from as he looks to make it 2 from 3 on the surface; should be too good.

The US NAP was back to winning ways last night so we’ll be looking to follow up this evening and head into the weekend on a high. FLASH OF SILVER won impressively last time and with similar positive tactics likely to be applied here he looks a great bet to follow up. This looks easier if anything so I think he’d only have to match that run to come out on top and he is open to improvement yet being so lightly raced on the surface. Lauderdale disappointed last time but looks the danger if managing to bounce back.

Seven-time winner who looks a huge player down in grade; shaped well when fourth over track and trip last time and if building on that will be hard to beat here against lesser opposition; sure to go close.

We head to Belmont for our NB Stateside tonight and MISS JAK looks a cut above these. This likeable mare has won seven races from 5f to 7f and shaped well in a stronger race back from a break last time. If she builds on that then she should be too strong so is worth siding with at 2/1. Malibu Mischief was always prominent when winning over C&D last time and had Cotton Candy Cutie in behind so should emerge as the main danger to the selection. Cold Hearted Pearl had a few excuses last time and is also a player.
