Kodiac colt who showed plenty on debut when finishing third to the useful looking Muker over C&D last week; should know a lot more now and open to plenty of improvement so expected to be tough to beat.
The NAP is on a tough run at the moment so hopefully we can find you a winner on Saturday and it goes in the very first race of the day at York. NOMADIC EMPIRE should put his experience to good use here and get off the mark for Roger Fell and Ben Curtis. He showed plenty when third on debut and that looks a solid piece of form so with usual improvement he should go a couple of places better. Ancient Times is an intriguing newcomer who may give him most to think about if forward enough on debut.

Mehmas colt who made the perfect start winning by over 4 lengths on debut at Doncaster, powering away; open to stacks of improvement so obvious chance of making it 2-2; looks a top prospect.
Martyn Meade could have a very smart colt on his hands in the shape of METHOD. He thrashed the opposition to win by over fourth lengths on debut and with usual improvement should make it 2-2 here. The runner-up Fev Rover gave that form a nice boost when narrowly denied in the Group 2 Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes last week. Imperial Yellow won well last time and is improving so should emerge as the main threat. Mighty Gurkha won impressively on debut and wasn’t disgraced behind Tactical last time.
