Finally cashed in off a reduced mark bolting up by 9 lengths at Leicester last week; won over this trip in the past and will win if in the same form despite a 4lb penalty; hard to get away from.
The NAP is in great form right now as we look to land our fourth winner in a row on Friday afternoon. We head to Beverey and it’s hard to get away from BURGUILLOS in the handicap over 1m2f at 3.35 on the card. He finally cashed in off a reduced mark at Leicester last week and should follow up if in the same mood under a penalty. He is proven over this trip so ticks plenty of boxes. Hard to pinpoint an exact danger but the lightly raced Danking is open to improvement so may emerge as the chief threat.

Newmarket 2.15 Nugget (5/4)
Promising colt who is certainly going the right way; won on reappearance back from a 248 day break and improved since chasing home Al Maysan at Newmarket and looking a bit unlucky at Windsor; more to come and looks the one to beat.
It’s worth sticking with NUGGET for Richard Hannon. I think he was a bit unlucky at Windsor as he was chinned by a deeper closer in the final few strides. Racing off the same mark he could easily make amends here. Ryan Moore is in the saddle again and was seen to good effect at Sandown yesterday riding a treble. Cognac made it two wins from four starts at Kempton. Potential to do better but is up 6lb so will need more to trouble the favourite for me. Ambassadorial should run his race but also has his work cut out.
