THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT OAKLAWN PARK ON SUNDAY NIGHT!

Race 8 Oaklawn Park 9.46 Sarah Harper (11/8)

Progressive filly who has improved no end since her debut run winning impressively at Churchill Downs and followed up convincingly at the same venue last month; more to come and well placed to bring up the hat-trick.

This should be a good race but I want to keep the improving SARAH HARPER firmly on side. She has won really impressively the last twice and hit the line strong last time. With more to come she can make it 3 wins from 4 starts. She will go forward and given the gears she has shown it’s going to take a good one to stop her. Time Limit is more exposed but has some decent form in the book and was only beaten a neck in a good race last time so has to be feared. Break Curfew wasn’t beaten far last time and looks comfortably best of the rest. Perfect Happiness likes to go forward but I think the two market principals will be fighting that out from an early stage so she might always be struggling.

Race 4 Hawthorne 8.25 Ashley Elizabeth (11/8)

Tough mare who comes here chasing a hat-trick after showing a great attitude again to win over C&D last month; if she turns up in the same form tonight she is going to take a lot of beating as this doesn’t look any tougher.

With 4 wins from her last 6 starts ASHLEY ELIZABETH looks the one to beat at Hawthorne again tonight. She is a tough mare who has a great attitude and she holds main market rival Don’t Hold Queens on that last run. If she is in the same form she should have too much for them. Lil Bit Tipsy is also held on that form so she’ll need to produce her best form to close that gap and I can’t see it. She will go forward and look to boss them again and granted a clean break I think she’ll dictate and come home in front. Lady Express also has to be in the mix on that last form but again it’s hard to see her reversing any of the placings as she will be given a lot to do again as that is her style of racing.
