NAP – Best selection of the evening
Kelso 12.07 Famous Bridge (1/1)
Promising type who ran a race full of encouragement when second on hurdles debut at Carlisle; improved to win at Ayr last month, staying on strongly to get up late; extra yardage ideal and sure to go close.
Brian Hughes continues to fire in the winners and he has another great chance with FAMOUS BRIDGE at Kelso on Wednesday. This son of Fame And Glory stayed on strongly to get up and win by a head at Ayr last month and is improving with experience. This step up in trip will suit and he is taken to make it 2 wins from 3 starts over hurdles. Return Fire ran well when second to Mister Whitaker here and backed that up with a third to My Bobby Dazzler at Aintree. He looks the most obvious danger with more to come. Cosmic Outlaw was third to the selection last time but should also have more to come so is unlikely to be all that far away again. Ned Tanner best of the rest but needs more.

Doncaster 3.20 Zambella (5/4)
Classy mare who was back to her best staying on well to win readily at Aintree last time; more to come over fences and looks the one to beat despite giving 4lb away to her rivals; should go forward and try and make all.
After finishing down the field on her comeback over hurdles last season ZAMBELLA went on to win her first 3 starts over fences. She put Midnightreferendum firmly in his place at Warwick and backed that up at Leicester. She held her form well in defeat after that but was better than ever winning at Aintree last time. She travelled and jumped well and just had too much for her rivals. She will be hitting peak fitness now and looks hard to oppose despite giving away weight for that Listed win. Kapga De Lily is on a hat-trick and is really likeable but this is tougher than what she has been facing and the selection will likely have first run on her. Nada To Prada is best of the rest but does need to improve.
