Race 7 Will Rogers Downs 9.48 Rainbow Gold (11/8)
Caught the eye finishing fast over C&D on penultimate start; up in grade and only beaten 2 lengths last time; should be hard to beat with the promise of more to come so gets a confident vote to make the breakthrough.
The US NAP was back in the winners enclosure last night so hopefully we can make it back-to-back as we kick off a new week. We head to Will Rogers Downs where RAINBOW GOLD looks well placed to get his head in front. He hasn’t had too many runs so the best should be yet to come. He has been knocking on the door and was only beaten half a length at this level last month so won’t need to find much more to go one better. The danger looks to be Steppin Shep who also ran well when runner-up last time and if he builds on that he will be the one to keep the favourite honest. Octagon has only had 2 runs but was beaten heavily last time and has ground to make up with A Lot Of Heat.

Race 4 Horseshoe Indiana 9.03 Talktomejustice (11/8)
Promising filly who needed the outing on debut when only fifth over track and trip; put away after and clearly matured since as went down just a neck closing fast on reappearance; hard to oppose now.
This looks a great chance on paper for TALKTOMEJUSTICE to get her head in front on just her third outing. She was picking up strongly at the death last time and only missed a neck at the line. With natural improvement given that was her first start for 198 days she should prove hard to beat. Cabin Abby was only fifth on debut but she is expected to take a sizeable step forward from that now and she may well emerge as the main danger. Herkindofjustice failed to land a blow on return but this is easier so she might show up better. She has had more chances than most in here though. Lizzsaidno has a similar profile to the latter and needs more. I Matter has ground to make up with the selection.
