Despite racing keenly X FORCE still went on to win readily at Chelmsford last time. He looks on the upgrade right now and if settling better there could be even more to come. It’s quite a good race though so he’ll have to improve again but there is every reason to think he will. Predictable Tully aught the eye at Newbury when second to Wejdan and again ran well at Chelmsford so rates the main danger to the selection.

Best run to date when getting off the mark at Hamilton last time, relishing the heavy ground; could easily build on that now with that win under his belt and looks a major player again with conditions firmly in his favour.
Pasley was well backed when obliging yesterday so the Eye Catcher was back to winning ways. Today we head to Musselburgh and QUANAH looks a great bet to follow up for Liam Bailey and Danny Tudhope.He won easily in heavy ground at Hamilton and if reproducing that here should prove the answer. It’s a weak race. Mr Greenlight will be a threat if on a going day but perhaps Northern Society will give the selection most to think about seeing as though she’s a past C&D winner. She needs to bounce back though.
