Tuesday’s American Horse Racing Tips
Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and I’ve covered all THREE meetings again and picked out my best bets.
LET THE PURPLE PATCH CONTINUE STATESIDE! Racing in America on Tuesday night from Philadelphia, Mahoning Valley and Turf Paradise. My Daily Double pays 12/1!
Progressive sort who had no problem landing the four-timer at Aqueduct on penultimate start, powering away to win by 7 lengths; far from disgraced thrown into graded company last time; can get back to winning ways here.
I've been really impressed with PIRATE RICK this season and he had way too much for rivals on penultimate start winning by 7 lengths with plenty to spare again. He had Kadri a distant third on that occasion and should confirm that form tonight. He deserved a crack at graded company last time and while it didn't quite work out these are much calmer waters and he can resume his progress here. Beren is obviously a talented horse on his day and is the obvious danger to the selection. He has been beaten the last twice though and I feel he'll need to bring his best to upset the selection. Smooth B was behind the latter back in October before winning here on penultimate start. He was a tired horse when down the field last time though and has enough to prove off the back of that.
Likeable type who created a good impression making a winning start over track and trip at the start of the month; hassled early too but once he took command there was only one winner; notably strong at the line.
In tough conditions YIPPEE KI YAY kept finding to make a winning debut over C&D at the start of the month. That was a real likeable performance and the way he lobbed in front in the closing stages suggests he still had a bit to spare if needed. This doesn't look a great deal tougher and I think he is well placed to make it a perfect 2-2. Hotrod Bobby left his debut run behind to win second time up but has been beaten twice since and needs more to trouble the selection here you'd think. Derby Included is much more exposed and is held by a few of these on his last two runs. Should strip fitter but still has enough work to do. Unbridled Cause looks the danger having finished in front of Kingdom Diamond on return when runner-up over a mile here last time.
