Sunday’s American Horse Racing Tips
Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and I’ve covered all SEVEN meetings and picked out my best bets.
LET’S KEEP THE WINNERS COMING STATESIDE! Racing in America on Sunday night from Gulfstream, Laurel Park, Tampa, Aqueduct, Turf Paradise, Golden Gate and more. My Daily Double pays 18/1!
Looked to need the run on reappearance but quickly improved to win convincingly over 6f here last month; can improve on that again and won third up last campaign so lots to like against these; should be hitting the line strongest if they go a good gallop.
I think the only way CASALSA gets beat is if this turns a bit tactical. If they go an end-to-end gallop then he really should be hitting the line best. He impressed last time and this isn't a great deal tougher with the extra half a furlong helping him if anything. Charlie Five O is more unexposed but was beaten after winning at Belmont and has a big layoff to defy which won't be easy at this lowly level. Winning Drive was only beaten narrowly last time but seemed to lack a gear change and needs more on that. Prince James has been running against betting horses than this so far this season but has struggled and will welcome this return to calmer waters. Marvin was scratched by the vet last time and that would have to be a bit concerning and a bounce back is called for nonetheless.
Promising mare who has won 4 of her 5 starts to date and really impressed powering clear to win by nearly 7 lengths when last seen over track and trip; lengthy absence to overcome but could clearly possess the most potential of these so worth chancing.
The absence is a slight concern but the way LA CHICA LATERAL was improving when last seen was pretty impressive and she could still have too much for this field despite the layoff. She is obviously open to further improvement after just a handful of starts and looks the one to side with. Broadway Force needed the experience on debut but improved to make the breakthrough last time and is my idea of the main danger. Rosie's Halo has won 2 of her last 3 but this represents a step up in grade and she is going to need to improve again just to get competitive here you'd imagine. Dreamster is on a hat-trick but again this is a step up and if the selection is as good as I'm hoping then she might be up against it. If she does run well she could be one to note going forward.
