Race 7 Delta Downs 9.43 Madison’s Place (11/10)

Tough mare who landed a hat-trick of wins last year and was back in the winners enclosure over track and trip last month, going clear late; up in grade but already proven at this level; expected to be the answer here.

The NAP was back to winning ways in America last night so hopefully we can follow up this evening. We head to Delta Downs where MADISON’S PLACE is taken to follow up. She impressed last time and really shrugged them off last time. She has more in the locker yet and I think she’ll put these to the sword. The danger looks to be Wild Mallory again but she found the selection nearly 4 lengths too good last time so has enough ground to make up off the back of that. Blind On Earth also ties into that form finishing third and she has since finished runner-up to Puzzling Priority so is held on the balance. The latter has won her last 2 now and may well emerge as the main danger to the favourite.

Race 3 Turf Paradise 8.52 Cashlings (11/10)

Promising sort who left previous form behind this season to win impressively over C&D last month; hard to get away from off the back of that and still has scope to progress again so very much one to keep firmly on side.

Following a very convincing performance to score over track and trip last month CASHLINGS is a confident selection to follow up tonight. He really powered away 2f out and was firmly in command late on. He is relatively lightly raced so you’d expect there to be more to come yet. Mojave is a consistent sort and he hasn’t been in bad form lately so he could be one of the dangers. I think he needs more to upset the selection though. Perfect Dude has a fairly unexposed profile too but does need to leave his last 2 runs behind to land a blow. Brewery Gulch arrives on a hat-trick but this does look tougher so if he continues his upward curve he might pose some sort of a threat but needs more.
