THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT WILL ROGERS DOWNS TONIGHT!
Race 5 Will Rogers Downs 9.15 Miltontown (7/4)
Likeable chestnut who finished best to fend off Taruca over 6f here last month; showed a good attitude under pressure to come out on top in a sustained duel up the straight; can improve for his first look round here and taken to confirm the form.
This looks between Taruca and MILTONTOWN again and the latter is a confident selection to confirm that most recent form. It was his first look around Will Rogers so he’s entitled to improve for that and was always doing just enough, strong at the line. The step up in trip holds no fears as he is proven over this far. They went no pace early last time and I think it suited the second more but he still couldn’t run down the selection. I can’t see how he’ll reverse the form? Afleet Sniper is probably best of the rest.

Race 6 Fonner Park 12.15 Shooter’s Alley (2/1)
Turned a corner of late winning his last three starts in good style notably impressive last time driving clear having tracked the pace through up the inside; this a bit tougher but foolish to oppose in current form; powerful finishing kick.
Global Exchange landed us the NB at Fonner Park in the early hours of Tuesday morning to bring home our Daily Double and we’ll be looking to repeat the dose tonight. SHOOTER’S ALLEY is in red-hot form right now winning his last three and it looks like he’ll take a bit of holding again tonight. It won’t surprise me if he is sent forward by Armando Martinez as there doesn’t look to be too much pace on. Ship Stalker responded well for pressure last time and is feared most.
